TrueFitCoaching runs this website. For any question about your data, use the contact page.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a consult we store your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you write about your goal. If you become a client we also store your programme, the sessions you log and the body measurements you enter.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, arrange your consult and deliver your coaching. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and other services

This site sets one essential cookie that remembers your language and keeps you logged in. It uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to answer you or to deliver your coaching, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
